What belongs in suppliers

This bucket is for first-party shops that sell rough stone, slabs, cabbing equipment, or tools from their own site. A listing belongs here when the organization is primarily a shop — saws, wheels, tumblers, or rough — and we can cite a first-party catalog or about page. Amazon, Etsy-only scrapes, finished-goods jewelry boutiques, and mineral-specimen dealers with no tools or rough shop are out. Lapidary tools live here; there is no separate equipment channel.

How this catalog is curated

Each supplier entry is written from the shop’s own pages on a check date: what they printed about products, location, and contact, not a scraped marketplace card. Wave 1 research is in progress; this index is live so the bucket can be crawled while those citations are assembled. Entries appear here as first-party Markdown is added to the collection — there is no open submit form.
